Responsible for developing and promoting mobile value-added services (VAS), strengthening market position and increasing sales through prospecting, product placement, and customer relationship management.
The Business Developer will be responsible for developing and promoting mobile value-added services (VAS), strengthening market position, and managing existing customer relationships to maximize company profitability in the telecommunications sector.
- Business Development: Prospect and develop new partnerships and customer opportunities for mobile VAS.
- Product Placement: Identify and position mobile solutions based on customer needs, ensuring optimal satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales results, provide regular reporting and adjust strategies based on market trends.
- Customer Training: Provide basic technical guidance on mobile services and help customers understand products.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, new technologies, and competitors.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Networks, Telecommunications, Systems, or related field.
- Languages: Bilingual (French and English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of telecom networks, mobile systems, and mobile value-added services.
- Solid foundation in mobile technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
- Experience in sales and business development, ideally in telecommunications or mobile services.
- Initiative, autonomy, ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and team spirit.
